The Ethics of Humor: Where Do We Draw the Line?

Short Description: In an era where we better understand what is acceptable and what is not, what is ok to joke about? This question prompted my investigation of the ethics of humor/comedy, specifically of an objective moral line to be drawn in humor. I look at both philosophical perspectives--think Kant--and contemporary comedic perspectives--think Chappelle--to synthesize certain moral arguments on humor I believe we should consider.
