The Fall of the Berlin Wall: What lesson can we learn?

For 28 years, the Berlin Wall was a symbol of tyranny to the world, confining the people of East Berlin to the oppressive Soviet Union. But how did the wall fall in November of 1989 and what can we learn from its fall? Using the fall of the Berlin Wall, we will examine the success of a united front against the Soviet Union and what lesson we can derive from this event and how to apply it to today in dealing with an aggressive Russia.
