Thacher happily welcomes college admission officers to visit with all our students every year. With the success of virtual visits via Zoom every year, we will continue to offer those opportunities, and look forward to in-person visits to campus. Visitors may schedule campus recruitment visits and one-to-one interviews with seniors September through November.
As we continue to make it our priority to accommodate college admissions offices' travel plans, the College Counseling Office promises to keep both virtual and in-person formats available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Scheduling Your Visit—Beginning September to November 2026
Students are available for both virtual and in-person visits on Tuesdays from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm, and each morning, Monday through Friday at 8:00 am. All times are Pacific. Knowing that some may begin their travel day with us, we welcome those early morning meetings. In addition, our school's Community Dinner is open to visitors on Monday or Wednesday evenings at 6:15 pm, with representative visits afterwards by appointment.
Follow the link on the right to YouCanBook.Me and provide a Zoom link for your virtual session.
We will do our best to accommodate in-person or virtual meetings and one-to-one interviews with senior applicants outside of the times provided, if necessary.
On a final note, please reach out to our Administrative Assistant, Jill Manfredi, with any questions or evening appointment requests at collegeoffice@thacher.org or 805-646-4377 extension 255.
We welcome any representatives who are interested and or able to offer our students an opportunity to interview as part of the application process. We recognize the value of this meeting for both admission officers and our students. Please contact us if you would like to offer interviews; we will be happy to coordinate this for you.
