    Nicole joined The Thacher School Health Center Team in 2021 and truly finds so much joy in being of service to our community! Prior to this, she practiced for 8 years as a Mental Health and Addiction Medicine Registered Nurse at Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital. She received her Bachelors in The Science of Nursing from San Francisco State University. Nicole loves supporting the health and wellbeing of the community from an evidenced based perspective, as well as from a holistic, integrative approach. Wellness in mind, body and soul are of deep value to her. She is Reiki 2 certified and she enjoys time in nature, spending time with her family and learning more about Traditional Mexican Medicine.

    Sarah graduated from Northfield-Mt. Hermon School, then headed north to Colby College for her undergraduate work, then to University of Pennsylvania for her masters, then north again to Brandeis University for her doctoral work. She began her teaching career at Phillips Academy, Andover, before joining the Thacher faculty. Sarah is a member of the History Department, advises, and coaches cross country and track and field. When not spending time with her husband and three children, Sarah enjoys running.

    Dr. Dickstein joined the Thacher Health Center as campus physician in Fall 2020.  A family physician with a strong interest in adolescent medicine, Sheri previously worked in Student Health at the university and community college level. She received her MD degree from UC San Francisco and then moved to Ventura for residency training at the Ventura County Medical Center.  For the last 12 years, Sheri has been faculty at the Ventura Family Medicine Residency Program. Her ties to Thacher are long-standing as a parent and step-parent to four CdeP alumnae. She's thrilled that her granddaughter is now a Toad.
