    Bio
     
    Originally from the Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire, Scott moved to California in 2010 and has fully embraced life in the Golden State. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire as an adult, having paused his studies to work on several political campaigns and eventually in the office of a U.S. Congresswoman. Scott shares with Thacher more than fifteen years of residential boarding school experience in advising, photography, communications, visual storytelling, and design. He is an avid golfer, tennis player, and hiker, and his passion for sustainable landscaping and native plants fits Thacher’s resplendent setting. He lives off campus with his wife and two daughters, all of whom love horses.
