Our Pegasus Fly-In Program was created to break down barriers that have kept students from historically marginalized communities out of independent boarding schools. The mission of The Pegasus Program is to provide prospective students and families with equitable access to our admission process.

Candidate Selection
Ideal candidates for our Pegasus Fly-In Program are students who are:-
A member of a historically underrepresented group (i.e. but not limited to: First Generation, Low-Income, Asian, Black, Indigenous, Hispanic/Latine, or Person of Color).

Academically successful and curious (at least a B+ average).

Seriously interested in Thacher and ready for new adventures.

Able to travel to campus for the program on December 7 & 8, 2025.
Event Information
Our program includes an all-expense paid trip for a prospective student and their guardian to visit campus on December 7 & 8, 2025.
During the program you will get to see our community in action; have a chance to speak with current students, faculty, and parents; get a chance to explore classes and community moments; and learn more about our signature programs.
