Have you ever wondered why the Thacher community embarks on at least two camping trips each year? Is that time spent away from the classroom really worth it? Learn how and why wilderness and nature experiences impact teenagers’ mental, physical, emotional, and cognitive health and how these impacts can be applied to and improve the Thacher Outdoor Program.
