Pegasus Program

The Thacher School is committed to creating a diverse community in which our students can live, learn and grow. Our Pegasus Program was created to break down barriers that have kept students from historically marginalized backgrounds out of independent boarding schools.  The mission of The Pegasus Program is to provide every prospective student and family with equitable access to our admission process.

Through our Pegasus Program, we hope you’ll get to know the people, programs, and culture that make Thacher so unique. Through either the in person or virtual program, you’ll get to experience our robust academic programming, our student life, and more. We hope you take advantage of this opportunity to dive into life at Thacher and see if this adventure is right for you!

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We invite you to learn more about the progress that has been made and the work that is being done—both immediate changes and longer-term efforts that we will continue to grow—as we work together to leave Thacher a better, more honorable, inclusive, and just place than we found it.
