CTE: What is the responsibility of the NFL and society to protect athletes from permanent and severe brain injury?

Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) is a progressive and degenerative brain disease caused by repetitive head trauma with symptoms similar to dementia. In this talk, I will discuss the role CTE plays in the politics of professional sports and the looming issue of head injuries in the NFL.
