Why Do Some People Seek Out Thrilling and Extreme Activities, While Others Prefer to Avoid Risk at All Cost?

Are you someone who is ready at any moment to jump out of the plane, fly through the air on skis, base jump from a cliff thousands of feet in the air, or are you someone who avoids risk at all costs? My goal is to help make sense of what drives people to participate in such high-risk sports, why others run in the face of fear, and uncover what truly happens in the minds of risk-takers and thrill-seekers. Also, learn how to train ourselves to take on risks and overcome challenges in sports like free climbing, skydiving, base jumping, and use those strategies in our everyday lives as well.
